Kanzen Games – Sale Policies & Information
Please read the following carefully before placing an order. By placing an order during any sale period, you agree to all policies listed below.
1. Sale Dates & Times

Sale start and end dates/times will be clearly advertised for each individual sale.

Orders placed before or after the advertised sale window will not have sale pricing honored under any circumstances.

Please ensure your order is placed within the published sale window.
2. General Information

Alternate shipping carriers may be used during high-volume periods or service disruptions.

Sale pricing and discounts will not be disclosed prior to the sale start date unless explicitly stated.

Sale pricing cannot be applied to past purchases or pending orders.

Discounts are automatically applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.

Loyalty codes and rewards are disabled during sale periods unless otherwise stated.

Order processing and shipping times may be longer than normal due to increased order volume.

Please carefully review your shipping or in-store pickup selection, especially when using Express Checkout or PayPal, as these may default to a previous selection if not manually confirmed.

All TCG Singles, TCG Sealed Products, Sports Card Products, and any items with custom pricing or discounts are FINAL SALE.
3. Order Modifications, Returns & Cancellations
As of the posting of this policy:

No returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, order merges, holds, additions, removals, or modifications will be permitted for any reason.

Orders will be processed exactly as submitted.
-
Previously placed orders will not be cancelled, refunded, or returned if the same item is later purchased at a lower price.

Order history may be reviewed to ensure these policies are not being circumvented.
4. In-Store Pickups

Please do not arrive for in-store pickup until you have received an email confirming your order is ready.

We will not have the staffing capacity to pull orders on demand.

Once notified, feel free to come pick up your order anytime; however, the sooner the better, as in-store space is limited.
5. TCG Buylist Submissions

TCG buylist submissions will continue to be processed; however, processing times will be slower than normal due to increased order volume and busyness during sale periods.

No guarantee can be made that store credit or payment will be issued in time to be used during a sale period.
-
Rain checks will not be provided if credit or payment is not issued before a sale ends.
-
For in-store buylist submissions or trade-ins, please be patient and wait for a staff member to assist you, as availability may be limited during peak sale periods.
6. Price Adjustments

Sale pricing will not be applied to any previously placed orders, including shipped, held, or pre-order–pending orders.
-
Do not place orders outside the sale window if you are seeking sale pricing.
-
Sale pricing will not be applied to future orders or restocks of out-of-stock items, except in cases of inventory error (see Section 7).
7. Inventory Errors (Human or Technical)
If an item becomes unavailable due to inventory error, double sale, or technical issue:

The affected item(s) will be refunded.
-
You may be permitted to repurchase the item(s) at the same price in the future by referencing the applicable cancellation or refund email.

All remaining items in the order will be processed as-is.
8. Orders Containing Pre-Order Items (Shipping & Pickup)

Shipping Orders:
Any shipping order containing one or more pre-order items will be held until all items in the order have been released, unless otherwise stated. -
In-Store Pickup Orders:
Customers may pick up already released items after receiving notification from an order that contains pre-order items. Pre-order items will remain on hold and will be available for pickup once they are released.
9. Price Matching
Online Orders

Due to high order volume, price matches cannot be processed in real time.

Requests may be reviewed after purchase, provided you supply:

A screenshot of the competing product

Proof of availability
-
Date and time of the listing
-

Retroactive discounts may be applied at our discretion.

Price matching is not guaranteed, and the order will be fulfilled regardless of outcome.
In-Store Purchases

All price match requests are subject to Manager approval and must meet Kanzen Games’ existing price match guidelines.

Approval is not guaranteed.
10. Final Disclaimers

All policies are subject to change at the discretion of Kanzen Games Management at any time.

These policies override any conflicting policies listed elsewhere.
-
Any existing policies not explicitly superseded above remain in effect.
