WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders containing pre-order products will be held until the release/arrival of ALL items in that order.
Customers can request to ship any existing items before the full order arrives, for an additional shipping fee.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations of pre-orders for Trading Card Game Sealed Products and Sports Card Products will incur a 10% processing fee for the cancelled items.
HAS THIS RELEASED/ARRIVED YET?
A product is considered released once the "Pre-Order" text in its name has been removed. Release dates are subject to change due to errors or delays in publishing, distribution, and/or other unforeseen circumstances.
Note: Pre-orders are not guaranteed and are subject to change based on product allocation. Final quantities available may vary depending on the allocation received from distributors and/or suppliers.
