Important Update Regarding U.S. Taxes and Duties
Effective August 29, 2025, the United States will eliminate the $800 de minimis exemption, which previously allowed low-value shipments to enter the U.S. without duties, taxes, or full customs clearance.
From this date forward, all international shipments into the U.S.—regardless of origin or value—will be subject to review by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and may incur duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
Please note that Kanzen Games is not responsible for any customs-related fees, including duties, taxes, or brokerage charges. These must be paid by the recipient in order to receive their package.
If a shipment is refused and returned to us, any return shipping, customs fees, or duties incurred will be deducted from your refund, including the original shipping cost.
