Important Update
Hello Everyone, As there has not been an update regarding the ongoing CUPW strike, we have decided to make some adjustments to better accommodate our customers before the holiday season!
First and foremost, all orders will still be going out as soon as possible by using alternative couriers during the duration of the strike. Please expect delays on orders, as the other couriers will have an increased workload during this time.

Q: Are we still shipping out orders?
A: Yes! We are still shipping all orders that have Expedited shipping. All orders, excluding letter and bubble mail, will be processed as normal via our alternative couriers.
Q: Will there be delays in shipping?
A: Yes! We are expecting some delays in the shipment of your order, as the other couriers will be taking on the workload of Canada Post during the strike. We will do our best to have your order ready to ship out as soon as possible, but please be aware of potential delays on the courier's end.
Q: With the strike happening, what will you do for letter and bubble mail orders?
A: We will be suspending all letter/bubble mail orders as of November 26th. Additionally, we will adjust our Shipping policy. All Letter/Bubble Mail orders above $75 will be processed as expedited orders during the duration of the strike. You can also request to hold your orders until you reach the threshold of $75, please contact support@kanzengames.com for further support in the matter.
Q: What about orders already in transit? My order was fulfilled before the strike; where is it?
A: All orders that were picked up by Canada Post before November 18th are currently on hold with Canada Post. We cannot retrieve these orders until operations have resumed. Once they do, your order will be delivered on a first-come, first-served basis via Canada Post. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process refunds or exchanges on these orders at this time.
Q: What other alternatives do you have?
A: We can provide customers with an alternative shipping option upon request! Please note that adjusting the shipping method will incur an additional fee, as it is not currently covered by our existing shipping rates.
